SCOTTISH RE LIMITED, formerly World-Wide Reassurance Company Limited, is one of the largest life reinsurers in the Middle East and the world leader in the reinsurance of aircrew loss of license insurance. The U.K. based company was formed in 1964 and acquired by Scottish Re Group on December 31, 2001.

SCOTTISH ANNUITY & LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (CAYMAN) LTD. is organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands, British West Indies, and holds an Unrestricted Class "B" insurance license under the Cayman Islands Insurance Law. The Company is subject to licensing and supervision by the Insurance Section of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
